Why JPort by SPeak にジョインした理由

The reason I joined JPort by SPeak is that I wanted to support talented foreigners and international students in Japan with their job search. Additionally, I believed I could leverage my past experiences to contribute in a global environment. Many of my family members and people close to me are foreign nationals working in Japan, They take great pride in working here and dedicate themselves to their jobs with exceptional passion. I wanted to support talented foreigners like them so that they can thrive even more in Japan.

私がJport by SPeakに入社した理由は、日本で働いている優秀な外国人や留学生の方の就職活動のサポートをしたいと思ったことと、グローバルな環境の中で自分のこれまでの経験を活かしてお手伝いできることがあると思ったからです。 私の家族や身近には日本で働いている外国籍の方がたくさんおり、彼らは誰よりも日本で働くことを誇りに持ち、熱心に仕事に励んでいます。 私は彼らのような優秀な外国人の方がもっと日本で活躍できるよう支援したいと思いました。
