Why JPort by SPeak にジョインした理由

As an international student in Japan, I initially held the stereotype that finding a job and settling into work here would be quite challenging, given the Japanese language requirements and the unique shukatsu system. However, after discovering JPort, understanding its mission, and recognizing its impact and ambition to make shukatsu accessible for everyone while supporting international students, I believe JPort is the platform that can facilitate my personal growth. Through JPort, I am consistently learning how to conduct myself professionally, collaborate effectively in a team, foster creativity, and acquire new skills. JPort’s work ethic has significantly influenced my daily life, encouraging me to be proactive and adopt a user-oriented approach when assisting others. I am thrilled to work at JPort and am eager to continue learning and evolving personally with the support of this platform.

日本での留学生として、初めは、日本語の要件や独自の就活システムがあることから、ここでの仕事探しや就業はかなりの挑戦だろうという先入観を持っていました。しかし、JPortを見つけ、その使命を理解し、留学生をサポートしながら、誰もが就活にアクセスできるようにするというJPortの影響と志を認識した後、JPortは私の個人的な成長を促進できるプラットフォームだと信じています。JPortを通じて、私は常にプロフェッショナルに振る舞う方法、効果的にチームで協力する方法、創造性を育む方法、新しいスキルを獲得する方法を学んでいます。JPortの仕事への倫理は、私の日常生活に大きな影響を与え、他人をサポートする際に積極的になり、ユーザー志向のアプローチを採用するように促しています。JPortで働けることに興奮しており、このプラットフォームのサポートを受けながら学び続け、個人的に進化していくことを心待ちにしています。
